Dr. McManus founded Apollo Animal Hospital and Pet Resort in 1964 and has served as the hospital's chief veterinarian ever since. He graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine with a doctorate in veterinary medicine. Dr. McManus brings to our office a depth of expertise and experience, as well as a deep affection for all animals.

Dr. Harry Pennington and Dr. Wendy Pennington have been providing full-service veterinarian care for dogs and cats in the greater Huntsville area since 1992. Memorial Parkway and Airport Road SW are also close to our Huntsville animal hospital. Dr. Charles Horton founded Northway Animal Hospital on Cook Avenue, opposite from "The Mall," in 1967. Dr. Rip Patton took over Northway in 1994 after working for Dr. Horton in high school, graduating from veterinary school, and practicing for 6 years in Huntsville. He has since enjoyed caring for household pets in the area. Northway has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association since 1989, a distinction maintained by only 15% of veterinary facilities in the United States.
