The Animal Hospital of Huntington Beach has been providing caring, experienced veterinarian care for dogs, cats, small animals, birds, and exotics to the city of Huntington Beach and the surrounding areas since 1978. We are a full-service veterinary facility that provides laser surgery, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and acupuncture, among other treatments. In addition, we have an indoor boarding kennel with separate spaces for dogs, cats, birds, and other exotics that is climate controlled. We also provide hydro-surge washing to keep your pet looking and smelling their best!

Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and WESTEC alarm system protection services keep our premises secure and safe. We have a kennel space that is enclosed and roomy, with climate control and a fenced in exercise yard. The hospital has been expanded multiple times and new renovations are continually being planned, with a total area of almost three quarters of an acre.

Our objective is to provide compassionate care and exceptional veterinary service to our clients by communicating with them in a timely and detailed manner, utilizing current technology, staff continuous education, and thorough inspection. A treatment plan will be provided so you can examine and debate the recommendations with trained veterinary technicians to ensure your pet friends are in the best hands possible.

Warner West Pet Clinic, a Huntington Beach veterinarian, is a well-established, full-service small animal veterinary hospital that serves the communities of Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Westminster with comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We're in the Big Lots shopping mall on Golden West and Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach. We offer a wide range of diagnostic procedures, both in-house and through the utilization of outside laboratories. When unique diagnostic techniques are required, we collaborate closely with local practitioners. A well-stocked pharmacy, in-house surgery room, in-house x-ray facilities, a tightly supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor roaming areas are all available at the facility.

Exams are performed in the hospital without the presence of the owner. We recommend making your appointment a few days ahead of time. When you arrive at the hospital from the parking lot, please call us. We'll dispatch a technician to your vehicle. For your pet's protection, please have them on a leash or in a container. With you, the technician will go over the patient's requirements. To make your visit as easy as possible, they will also ask for your credit card information at the same time. Please make the necessary preparations ahead of time. While you wait in your car (please do not leave), the doctor will call you on your cell phone with our treatment plan.

Beach City Animal Hospital, which opened in 1964, has retained all of its attractiveness and has not aged in the least. Residents of Huntington Beach have been taking their pets to this modest hospital for almost 50 years. Dr. Max Graehl founded Beach City Animal Hospital in the 1960s and subsequently sold it to his associate and Huntington Beach favorite, Dr. Donald Tyler, in the 1980s. Dr. Tyler, following in the footsteps of Dr. Graehl, passed over the reins to his associate and friend, Dr. Robert Beshai, in 2011.
