Beach City Animal Hospital, which opened in 1964, has retained all of its attractiveness and has not aged in the least. Residents of Huntington Beach have been taking their pets to this modest hospital for almost 50 years.
Dr. Max Graehl founded Beach City Animal Hospital in the 1960s and subsequently sold it to his associate and Huntington Beach favorite, Dr. Donald Tyler, in the 1980s. Dr. Tyler, following in the footsteps of Dr. Graehl, passed over the reins to his associate and friend, Dr. Robert Beshai, in 2011.
