Dr. James Stark and Dr. Dan Betts founded Colonial Terrace Animal Hospital in September of 1972, and Dr. Stark remained at the practice for 38 years, until his death in 2010. During that time, many changes and updates happened as the practice expanded. A building was added in 1988 to allow separate and additional space for animal boarding, and the hospital was almost completely remodeled in 2006, adding a sep.
