Dr. Virendra Garg owns Animal Hospital in Fairfield, which is a full-service, daytime veterinary hospital. Dr. Garg took over the clinic from Dr. Julie Cole in April of this year. We were extremely fortunate to be welcomed so warmly by Dr. Cole's long-time clientele, who continue to put their trust in us to care for their cherished dogs.
Dr. Virendra Garg and Dr. Anil Kumar Gutta, our veterinarians, work around your schedule by scheduling appointments six days a week including evening appointments.

North Coast Veterinary Hospital (NCVH) has locations in Arcata and Fortuna, California, on the picturesque Pacific North Coast, in the midst of the redwoods. Our trained and compassionate support staff rotates between the two locations with our professional veterinarians. NCVH provides medical, surgical, diagnostic, and preventive treatment to horses, cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs in Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity Counties, as well as mobile and emergency services.

Redwood Animal Hospital was founded in 1995 by Dr. Neal Winnacott, and we have been serving our patients in our current site since 2001. Dr. Winnacott graduated from Humboldt State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and Cornell University with a doctorate in veterinary medicine. He returned to the North Coast after finishing his schooling to begin his practice with the intention of assisting the local population.

The ideal place to bring your pet for comprehensive veterinary care is our animal care center. Our customers in Humboldt County and the neighboring areas can also take advantage of our veterinarian and animal boarding services.

The Humboldt Spay/Neuter Network was established in 2003 with the goal of lowering the number of unwanted and euthanized cats and dogs in Humboldt County by making spaying and neutering accessible and cheap to all animals.

We supplied vouchers that covered the cost of spays and neuters at local veterinary clinics, starting with a dream, a phone number, and community support. To save more animals and save more lives, we started our own spay/neuter clinic in 2014. More than 350 cats and dogs are spayed or neutered every month by our experienced veterinary staff. We also provide basic wellness care for needy animals, such as immunizations, parasite prevention, and wound treatment.

Jeff Kelley-Day, DVM, founded Myrtle Avenue Pet Center in 1986. Larry and Melanie Noe took over the business in September 2005. We are two separate businesses that work closely together despite being next door to Myrtle Avenue Veterinary Hospital.

Our community is really important to us, and we are quite supportive of it. We have donated over $300,000 to our community in the previous ten years under new ownership. To mention a few, we've donated to local schools, hospitals, hospices, animal shelters, and CASA. We owe a debt of gratitude to our loyal consumers for allowing us to contribute to our community.
