Hale Park is the Greater Wenatchee area's first public off-leash area (OLA). This 2-acre park was created after hours of research on the top dog parks in the United States, as well as hard-won community feedback. It was made possible by small and large donations, and it would not have been feasible without the hard effort and dedication of many people.

Dogs are welcome to play off-leash behind Badger Mountain Park, which is located at the corner of Keene and Englewood. The park is completely walled and open 24 hours a day.
