Arroyo Verde Park

This public park has a fenced dog run where your pet can play off-leash, or they can join you on-leash in the large park.

The Ventura River Trail (Ojai Valley Trail Extension) is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a charity dedicated to building a countrywide network of trails from abandoned rail lines and connecting corridors. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Ventura! Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach until 9 a.m. at Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, California. as well as after 5:00 p.m.

There are different sections for large and little dogs in this lovely dog park. Dog agility equipment and human benches are also available. For a price, there is also a washroom.
