You and your dog will find lots of dog-friendly hiking paths to enjoy at Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction, AZ, with a choice of trails to select from, several of which lead into the Superstition Wilderness. Some of the guided hikes also allow dogs to join in the fun. At all times, dogs must be leashed.

Siphon Draw Trail is a dog-friendly trail in Lost Dutchman State Park. The round-trip distance is four miles. It climbs up into Siphon Draw, a canyon. Owners of dogs must keep them on a leash for the duration of their hike and clean up after them. Because the trail is rocky, dog owners should stop frequently to inspect their pets' paws. They should also be aware of their pet's hiking history and finish their hike in the basin rather than at the summit of Flatiron. Petzooie's owners should bring extra water with them! Schnepf Farms welcomes pets. Leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners to this tree farm to assist in the selection of the perfect Christmas tree for their home. You'll find something suitable at this well-stocked farm, whether you're looking for a large tree or a little pine. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday through Sunday, you and your dog can look for the perfect tree.

Pets are welcome at Tonto National Monument. In the parking lot, on the Lower Cliff Dwelling and Cactus Patch trails, and in the picnic area, dogs are welcome. Keep Fido on a leash at all times. Keeping your pet on a leash keeps them safe from cactus and dangerous creatures, as well as other people and dogs. Make careful to clean up after your pet and provide them with fresh water. The Visitor Center, Museum, Lower Cliff Dwelling, Upper Cliff Dwelling, and Upper Cliff Dwelling Trail are all pet-free zones. The monument is open every day of the week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Casa Grande Ruins National Monument welcomes pets. Bring Petzooie along to experience the wonder and complexity of a vast network of towns and irrigation canals. In the park, well-behaved pets on a leash or under physical control are welcome. You must clean up after your animal and maintain complete control over it at all times. The area is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week.
