Siphon Draw Trail is a dog-friendly trail in Lost Dutchman State Park. The round-trip distance is four miles. It climbs up into Siphon Draw, a canyon. Owners of dogs must keep them on a leash for the duration of their hike and clean up after them. Because the trail is rocky, dog owners should stop frequently to inspect their pets' paws. The Boyce Thompson Arboretum and Botanical Garden, located in Superior, Arizona, is a dog-friendly arboretum and botanical garden. Dogs must be kept on a leash, under control, and picked up after. Water dishes may be found throughout the gardens, and dogs appear to enjoy the arboretum as much as their owners.

Over 40 miles of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails can be found at McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Trails in the park range in length from 0.5 to 15.3 miles and difficulty from simple to hard. The North Trail, at 3.1 miles, is ideal for those seeking for a short stroll. The Pemberton, at 15.3 miles, is ideal for those looking for a nice workout for themselves or their dogs. Unless otherwise noted, all paths are multi-use. The Off-Leash Recreational Facility, or Dog Park, at Desert Vista Park is one of the town's most popular attractions. The Dog Park is a 3-acre enclosed facility where dog owners can let their canines run around freely. Dogs must be properly licensed and vaccinated. The Dog Park is divided into two separate fenced areas, one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. The huge / active dog area can be accessed via Tower Drive or Desert Vista entrances. Tower Drive is the only way to get to the small / passive dog area.
