31. Arizona Canal Path

Along the Arizona Canal Trail, leashed dogs are welcome to accompany their owners. Dogs are welcome at several of the establishments along this paved trail that runs from Scottsdale to Peoria.

McDowell Sonoran Preserve has plenty of pet-friendly activities for you and Petzooie to enjoy. There are numerous hiking paths for you and your dog to explore, such as the Lost Dog Wash trailhead for short, simple treks or Sunrise Trail East, a steep, rocky trail with expansive views of Sunrise Peak. Just remember to pick up after your dog and always keep him on a leash. When it's hot outside, don't bring your dog.

33. Vista del Camino Dog Park

At Vista del Camino Dog Park, humans and their canine companions can enjoy some off-leash fun. Water stations, benches, and shade trees are available in this half-acre park. Dogs on leashes are also allowed in the bigger Vista del Camino Park. The dog park has parking available off Pierce Street.

Families, beginners, and more experienced hikers will enjoy the Lost Dog Wash path near Scottsdale, Arizona. There are numerous path alternatives for various skill and fitness levels, allowing you to choose the hike that is perfect for you and your dog. The trail is little under five miles long at its longest point, with only a 350 foot elevation change. This hike offers a variety of child-friendly choices, including numerous short informative nature trails. The trails are well-marked, and there is plenty of parking, as well as restrooms and drinking fountains, near the trailhead. Make sure you have plenty of water for yourself and Petzooie.Because there is no shade, it becomes extremely hot. At all times, dogs must be leashed.

You and Petzooie are welcome to enjoy the large grassy areas and picnic ramadas at McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. This fascinating park also has a railroad museum, antique carousel, shops, playgrounds, rides, and more.

This fantastic dog park features distinct sections for both quiet and active dogs of all sizes. There are 3 acres of grass, water fountains, play elements, and seating in this 4-acre dog park. Owners of dogs are free to bring chairs as well, as long as they return them when they leave.

Dogs weighing less than twelve pounds are allowed at Scottsdale Fashion Square if they are held or pushed in a stroller. Of course, service dogs are welcome to accompany you on your stroll. This is a more upscale shopping center with 240 stores (and counting), an indoor playground, food court, and movie theater. Bring your walking shoes because you'll be walking a lot. Individual companies (especially movie theaters and restaurants) reserve the right to refuse entry to dogs. The Fashion Square is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Individual business hours are subject to change.
