Cleary Lake Dog Park

Golf courses, a bathing beach, cross-country skiing, and other activities abound in this sprawling leisure park.

The Savage dog park is more than two acres of fenced-in open space with trees and benches, giving dogs and their owners plenty of freedom to run, explore, and socialize. Every day from sunrise to sunset, the park is available to the public, and residents are asked to respect park laws and carry a copy with them. Owners should bring their own water for their pets.

Bird watching and mountain riding are popular in this relatively undeveloped area with multi-use pathways.

All canines, both residents and non-residents who use the off-leash dog parks, must be licensed and vaccinated by the City of Shakopee. This features canines from different cities.

Nature walks, canoe launches, and a volleyball court are all part of this 85-acre park beside a lake.
