Dog Beach at Pier Park

Restrooms, rinse stations, picnic spots, and a pavilion are all available at this popular public swimming beach.

Sports fields, an aquatic center, pathways, a fishing pond, and a dog play area are all available in this recreational park.

Play structures, pavilion, picnic tables, fishing pier, and boat launch are all located along 1,000 feet of waterfront.

The freedom to explore, the white sand beachfront, the gentle lapping waves, and the clear water all contribute to happy dogs and humans. Dogs are allowed on the nature walk in addition to having their own beach on the island's southern point. While in these places, pets must be kept on a 6-foot portable leash at all times.

At this beach, dogs are free to play off-leash. Just be cautious because the place isn't completely protected.
