Dogs are welcome at Convict Lake! The Sierra Nevada surrounds the crystal blue lake, which is encircled by Convict Lake Loop Trail, a three-mile hike that leashed dogs are welcome to explore. The trail winds through open sagebrush and pine and aspen woods, and can be walked in either direction, from the parking lot or the marina.
