Piper Park

This dog park is located at Larkspur Landing, behind Bed Bath & Beyond. It's small yet open, and it's used by all of the Larkspur Shores Apartments tenants. It is particularly dog-friendly for both humans and dogs. Neighborhood Park is the name of the park, which is given by the City of Larkspur.

On-leash pets are accepted on selected hiking trails in this lovely park, which includes spectacular waterfalls.

The Larkspur Path (Corte Madera-Larkspur Path) is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a nationwide network of trails from abandoned rail lines and connecting corridors. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now a terrific spot to walk Petzooie in Corte Madera! The trailhead for the Larkspur Path is shown on the map below (Corte Madera-Larkspur Path).

On the wonderful, leisurely trek around this magnificent lake, pets are welcome on a leash. Keep your eyes peeled for some of the local fauna.

Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization working to establish a countrywide network of trails from former rail lines and linking corridors, supports the Mill Valley-Sausalito Path, which is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by the group. This "rail-trail," which was once an abandoned railroad line, is now an excellent spot to walk Petzooie. Mill Valley, to be exact! Petzooie can run off-leash in Bayfront Park Mill Valley Dog Park, which is a non-fenced area within Bayfront Park in Mill Valley, CA. There are benches, picnic tables, and a big grassy space in the park.
