Helena River Park

Pets are welcome at Delta Heritage Trail State Park. Take your dog for a walk along the trail, which passes through a variety of wildlife habitats and gorgeous vegetation. The route is currently 44 miles long, but it is constantly developing, with the goal of completing the entire rail-to-trail line at 84.5 miles. Delta Heritage Trail State Park is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day of the week.

Fishing and hiking are available at Mississippi River State Park for you and your dog to enjoy. There are campsites ranging from Class AAA through Class D to rustic in the park. Within the Saint Francis National Forest, there are seven bodies of water that provide sufficient chances for fishing, kayaking, and boating. Hikers will enjoy exploring the forest's many routes and looking for animals. Simply keep Petzooie leashed at all times.

Pets are welcome at Louisiana Purchase State Park. This park marks the spot where the United States and France made the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, when the US paid $15 million for 827,000 square miles of land west of the Mississipi River. You and Petzooie can travel along the elevated boardwalk above the surrounding swamp to the granite monument that marks the beginning of the survey. This park is only open during daylight hours.

Village Creek State Park has many of opportunities for you to spend a day in the sun with Petzooie, whether you prefer fishing or hiking. On a self-guided trek or one of the guided excursions, you may explore more than 7 miles of paths. There are also two lakes where you can go fishing. Just make sure Petzooie is always on a leash.

This facility features a special area set aside for pets in need of exercise or a rest. For quick cleanup, waste bags and garbage receptacles are also supplied. Pet care products are also available at TA and Petro Travel Stores.
