Calhoun Dog Park

"MUTTS Canine Cantina® is an innovative concept that is unrivaled in its space, offering a dog friendly bar and restaurant as well as off leash parks for small and large dogs, allowing dog lovers and their pups to enjoy all of their favorite things, in one great place – good friends, great food and drinks, and a fun outdoor environment.

Morris Berney Pocket Park, located at 6312 Rosemont Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76116, was established in 1926.

First Flight Park, located in Linwood Addition, marks the spot where French pilot Roland G. Garros seized the controls of a Bleriot monoplane to make the first flight from Fort Worth.

Picnic spots, bathrooms, pavilions, soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball and multipurpose courts are all available at the park. In 2019, the playground was restored to include a magnificent Art Wall painted by local artists as well as all-new playground equipment, including a massive concrete slide.

Foster Park is located beside a creek and features a duck pond that is popular among locals. The park now covers around twelve acres and includes a playground, outdoor grills, and 0.78 miles of multi-use pathways.

Prairie Dog Park is a 1.1-acre dog park located next to the Alvin EMS station at 575 East Hathaway. Playground, swings, picnic tables, parking, and Hike & Bike Trail are all available in the park.
