EPRC offers year-round recreation activities at the city's five parks: Bluegrass Park, Davis Street Park, Elkins City Park, Glendale Park, and River Bend Park, which span over 70 acres. The Phil Gainer Community Center is likewise run by the EPRC.

Riverbend Beach Dog Park, sometimes known as "Dog Park Beach," is an off-leash park in Bend, Oregon that is fully enclosed on both the dog park and river sides, with a pathway in between. Dogs can swim in the river, then run around in the dog park to dry off before swimming again to cool off after all of their running. As needed, repeat!
