The laughlin Dog Park is a small off-leash dog park with a fencing and covered areas for dogs.

The cold, fresh breeze calms your nerves and lifts your spirits! The peace of early dawn soothes your nerves! I enjoy going for a walk early in the morning.

The 27-acre Lehmann-Monroe Park is directly connected to Louise Hays Park. Access to the River Trail, river access, birding, a dog park, volleyball courts, and pavilions are among the amenities. Gordon and Peggy Monroe and Gene and Ruth Lehmann donated the land in 1991 and 1992, respectively.

The dog park, which is located at The Greenline, has separate sections for large and little dogs, as well as water foundations, canopies, and approximately two dozen new trees.
