The Animal Resource Center (ARC) in Millville, Pennsylvania is a no-kill, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to offer temporary sanctuary for stray, mistreated, and neglected dogs and cats, inform the public on their care & welfare, and represent the interests of animals.

The diversified PSPCA population, which includes both urban and rural areas, is reflected in the Central PA Center in Danville (Montour County). The 5-acre facility provides a safe sanctuary for horses and barnyard animals in addition to dogs and cats, which is crucial in our fight against cruelty and neglect.
