Animal Resource Center

The Animal Resource Center (ARC) in Millville, Pennsylvania is a no-kill, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose goal is to give homeless, mistreated, and neglected dogs and cats temporary sanctuary and to inform the public about their welfare.

Cats in Bloom was established in 2019 with the goal of finding wonderful adoptive homes for stray, abandoned, and neglected cats and kittens in our neighborhood. Our goal is to create a meow-tastic environment where adoptable cats and people can interact. We are a nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers and donors.

The diversified PSPCA population, which includes both urban and rural areas, is reflected in the Central PA Center in Danville (Montour County). The 5-acre facility provides a safe sanctuary for horses and barnyard animals in addition to dogs and cats, which is crucial in our fight against cruelty and neglect.

Our goal is to save dogs in need, rehabilitate them in a loving, caring environment, and place them in a permanent, loving home as soon as we can. Through networking and education, we'll try to encourage a culture of kindness in our neighborhood.

A nonprofit group called Patriot K9 Rescue generates money to provide care for former police dogs, retired contract working dogs, and retired military working dogs.

We rescue animals from shelters that are scheduled for euthanasia as a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization. Animals that have been abandoned or are unwanted are also taken in by us. As a no-kill rescue, we are! All of our animals have been completely vetted, spayed or neutered, and chipped.
