They do this by responding to resident calls, enforcing leash laws when the dog is off owner property and in town parks, cracking down on barking, improper waste disposal, property destruction, licensing compliance, and rabies vaccination compliance, and issuing appearance tickets for noncompliance with town ordinances.

Our focus is on horses, dogs, and cats. In November 2012, Keri (Marsh) Bedeaux established PPAR. We have helped about 1800 animals since 2012. TN, OK, KY, GA, AL, TX, SD, and ND are the states from where the majority of our animals are sourced. We make an effort to give local animals in need priority, but we also accept owner surrenders.
