Through our programs and community services, Michigan Humane is able to impact thousands of lives year thanks to your generosity. Without you, we can't transform lives.

The goal of Providing for Paws is to save animals that have been abused, neglected, or are sick or homeless. We usually carry out our work in places like Detroit that have a significant stray animal population.

Numerous services are offered by the Taylor Animal Shelter, including animal adoptions, lost and found animal intake, licensing, animal rescue inside the city, and responding to complaints from locals about abandoned and stray animals.

The Un-Shelter is committed to building caring connections with its staff, volunteers, prospective adopters, community residents in need of assistance for their dogs, other shelters and rescues, and educational and business partners.

An all-volunteer, non-profit (501c3) domestic companion animal rescue group called WAG Animal Rescue is committed to finding homes for stray dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens.

Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit (FAMD) spreads some extra love by honoring the unique connection that exists between an animal and its "human."
