St. Cats & Dogs Inc

We are a tiny, foster-based rescue for cats and dogs of various breeds. The foster homes for all of our adoptable furry buddies are located in Lackawant to County. Before a meet & greet is planned, we need an authorized application.

Cats and other unwanted or abandoned small pet animals are the focus of Quigley's Shelter Pets, a non-kill, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are close to Scranton in northeastern Pennsylvania.

We are a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing care for elderly, ill, disabled, and terminally ill pets. We are proponents of animal rights, and our kennel in Pennsylvania is licensed, insured, and equipped with an electronic fire alarm system.

Our mission is to look into, assist with prosecution of, and prevent animal cruelty while also raising awareness of adoption, humane education, and responsible pet ownership.

Every life matters, and this is a firm conviction at BCF. Every day, we put in a lot of effort to give the animals at our shelter the finest care possible. Until they find a forever home or for however long they require it, we will gladly accept them and provide for their needs. Being a no-kill organization makes us happy.

Through education, advocacy, protection, a shelter/adoption program, and compassion, comfort, and care for domestic companion animals, the SPCA of Luzerne County improves our community.
