Friends Of Rowlett Animals

In order for missing animals to be reunited with their owners or be included in the adoption program, the shelter offers them temporary accommodation. All City of Rowlett pet registrations are issued by the shelter.

Both walk-ins and appointments are welcome at Garland Animal Services. To schedule an appointment, please phone 972-205-3570 and select option 2, or stop by 1902 State Highway 66, Garland, Texas 75040.

Our goal is to actively help the neighborhood reduce the number of cats. Our aggressive TNR (Trap/Neuter/Return) campaign and adoption program to assist tame cats find homes enable us to fulfill our purpose.

You can locate that unique pet at the shelter. Come over for a visit and interact with the animals at the shelter. Some of these charmers will be impossible for you to resist.

We are fortunate to have access to the adoption facility at the PetSmart in Garland, Texas, located at Highway 190 and North. Garland Street Since July 2004, our volunteers have been taking care of and placing cats for adoption at PetSmart.
