We are an open admission, nonprofit shelter that relies on volunteers. Regardless of their age, condition, or behavior, we provide care for animals in the California cities of Selma, Fowler, and Kingsburg.

FBR's role is to provide our bullies a safe, loving temporary home while we search for their forever homes. Additionally, FBR is dedicated to encouraging responsible ownership of bully breeds, combating breed prejudice, advocating pet spaying and neutering, reporting dog fighting, and proving to the public that bully breeds make excellent, devoted, and enduring friends.

To offer domestic animals a safe place through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary, regardless of breed or species. to foster the relationship between humans and animals and to speak out for the humane treatment of animals.

Miss Winkles was a West Highland Terrier who was adorable, a little mischievous, full of love, and had a big heart. At the young age of three, a poisonous bite tragically ended her life in her master's arms.

Clovis Animal Services (CAS), which is committed to the welfare of all animals in the City of Clovis, is pleased to collaborate with local residents in the pursuit of a crucial goal: creating a Model Community for Animal Care.
