Monroe County Animal Control

Our goal is to promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and compassion for companion animals via leadership, education, and pet population management.

Since 2011, the 501c3 nonprofit Friends of Companion Animals Feline Rescue & Adoption Center in Monroe County has worked to keep unwanted litters from growing up on the streets or into the already congested animal shelters.

Monroe SPCA envisions a humane and no-kill community where people treat each other and animals with love, respect, and understanding.

Our goal is to protect residents and animals by fostering a secure and healthy environment.

Establishing a line of communication for volunteer opportunities, stray or abandoned animal shelters, and adoption of animals from animal rescue organizations.
