Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter

To offer animal control and care services that safeguard Milwaukee County residents' health, public safety, and welfare.

Our non-profit organization runs on a foster and volunteer basis with an emphasis on dogs who are at risk of being put down due to being housed in high-kill shelters, overcrowding, abuse and neglect, or owner surrender.

We are a Milwaukee-based no-kill cat shelter. Our tiny shelter, which is maintained entirely by volunteers, is filled with love and compassion for cats of all ages, sizes, colors, and personalities.

The Wisconsin Humane Society is dedicated to giving wild and abandoned animals shelter, care, and protection.

Early in 2021, volunteers created the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization known as Almost Home Cat Rescue MKE. Our aim is to provide a safe refuge for every cat in our care until their forever home is found, as well as to serve as a resource for the neighborhood's cats and those who care for them.
