Animal Shelters

A 501(c)3 private, non-profit organization called HOPE Animal Shelter is devoted to providing the animals in Gogebic County, Michigan, and Iron County, Wisconsin, with immediate care. We are the only animal shelter in the area, offering over 500 dogs and cats a safe place to live, food, and medical attention each year.

Through our programs and community services, Michigan Humane is able to impact thousands of lives year thanks to your generosity. Without you, we can't transform lives.

By rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming domestic animals in need, we want to enhance the lives of animals. We also aim to prevent domestic animal overpopulation by promoting spay and neuter campaigns.

The Eva Burrell Animal Shelter (EBAS) is a non-profit organization that aspires to transform the world one animal at a time. It is our intention to live lives that are deserving of them in order to benefit from their presence and to learn from the teachings they offer. We promise to inform, set an example, learn, and assist when and where we can. We also promise to be vigilant in our fundraising efforts and to live up to the confidence placed in us.

Animal welfare is the focus of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization Great Lakes Humane Society. Our headquarters are located in Leelanau County, about three miles west of Traverse City, on a 10-acre private farm.

A non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, Animal Aid of Southwestern Michigan is committed to alleviating the suffering of injured, abused, abandoned, and homeless dogs and cats in Berrien County.

The goal of 501c3 non-profit animal rescue STAR is to become the main voice for stray and abandoned animals. Providing a range of services, such as spaying and neutering, as well as providing the necessary medical attention as necessary

Our goal is to meet the requirements of Shiawassee County's local pet population, which are now unfulfilled. Shiawassee Humane Society works to assure the treatment of companion animals in need in a humane manner by offering temporary shelter and care, rehoming pets that are ready for adoption, and engaging in community outreach and education with a focus on population management.
