As a simple act of kindness to take in a small Yorkie-Pomeranian mix dog named DARBY who had been horribly abused by both an owner and a groomer in the southeast Dallas area in 1994, Darby's Pals Rescue was born, and so began this wonderful adventure!

We are an animal sanctuary that many refer to as having "High Intake; Low Foot Traffic." Where the 635, 20, and 175 intersect is just south of Dallas, Texas.

Mission Provide assistance to the world's innocent creatures and protect them. We think that because all life is interconnected and valuable, it is in everyone's best interest for them to be able to grow and prosper.
