Southside Animal Shelter

We are a 501c3 non-profit rescue that offers dogs love, shelter, food, and medical attention. By the goodwill of others, we render services.

February 2009, we are an organization that rescues animals in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Indiana Secretary of State has our articles of incorporation on record, and the IRS has recognized us as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that qualifies for tax-deductible donations.

In Marion County, Animal Care Services works to safeguard and advance the welfare of domestic animals as well as livestock. The agency collaborates with domestic and international animal rescue organizations.

The mission of U.S. Rescue is to save animals and provide them with a temporary home until they may be adopted by loving homes. Every year, we rescue a lot of animals in Indianapolis, and our goal is to make the adoption process speedy so that we can go out and save more lives.
