South Mitten's Kittens

Animals of various kinds are housed on our 56 acres in Holly, Michigan, where they were rescued from appalling conditions of abuse, neglect, and hoarding. For them to rest, heal, and rebuild their trust, we offer a Sanctuary.

An all-volunteer group called For the Love of Cats is committed to saving the lives and locating homes for homeless cats and kittens, both stray animals and those given up by their owners.

To help the community by giving people a way to adopt out unwanted, healthy dogs and to educate people about concerns relating to animal care, welfare, and the dangers of overpopulation.

The Oakland County Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center's mission is to protect public safety by upholding applicable state laws, to inform the public about responsible pet ownership, to provide a safe haven for animals in our care, to try to reunite pets with their owners whenever possible, and to encourage responsible pet placement.

A foster-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to helping homeless animals find loving, permanent homes.

Animal abuse, neglect, and abandonment are the focus of Last Chance Rescue, a nonprofit organization.
