Grand County Animal Control

We are a group of devoted volunteers that do everything in our power to meet the needs of the animals at Charlie's Place and to support local companion animals and their owners when we can.

In July 2007, Charlie's Place began accepting customers. Since then, hundreds of abandoned animals have found new homes, and Helen's dream for the shelter has not changed.

For abandoned and stray animals in the Estes Park region, we provide refuge and veterinary care, inc.

The shelter provides dog licenses, microchipping, spay/neuter vouchers for both cats and dogs, and surrender and adoption services to the general public.

Farfel's Farm & Rescue, conveniently situated on Pearl Street in Boulder's historic West End, provides distinctive, premium products and services for you and your pets.

We are extremely fortunate to reside in a community that supports its animal shelter and animal control, and that prioritizes pet ownership.
