Animal enthusiasts from Saratoga and the surrounding counties have formed Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist (H.O.P.E. ), a non-profit group, to help animals whose owners have either died or are no longer able to care for them.

Our goal is to not only provide them with the necessities of life—food, water, housing, and veterinary care—but also to help them reach their full potential so that we can assist them find a forever home.
