Champlain Valley Canine Rescue

The Humane Society of Chittenden County holds the view that improving the relationships between people and their pets enhances the wellbeing of the individuals, families, and communities.

Through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and adoption, our organization is committed to the physical and mental rehabilitation of former puppy mill and underprivileged English bulldogs.

A Canine Gem is an all-volunteer, accredited 501(c)(3) dog rescue group whose mission is to save, rehabilitate, and place dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, colors, abilities, and states of health in loving, permanent homes.

A shelterless rescue organization called For the Love of Dogs Vermont is situated in the Mad River Valley of Vermont. We pledge to save dogs from a variety of southern states while promoting dog rescue through instruction and awareness-building.

Being a shelter focused on the community and fostering the link between people and animals via adoption, education, and advocacy.
