Munster's Mission

The Office of Animal Control's aim is to preserve the health and safety of Baltimore's human and animal citizens by enforcing municipal and state laws, rules, and regulations and by looking into allegations of animal neglect and cruelty.

They primarily assist in picking up and relocating stray kittens and occasionally cats from the street. They occasionally accept owner surrenders.

The Maryland Animal Advocates, Inc., a shelter for stray, unwanted, and owner-rendered animals, including dogs and cats, in Baltimore County, Maryland, offers temporary homes and care.

"Humphrey House is a non-profit animal shelter that finds loving homes for abandoned animals.
