An all-volunteer, nonprofit group called Habitat for Cats specializes in trap-neuter-return of stray and abandoned cats.

Our leadership provides decades of combined experience in animal welfare and rescue to our 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization.

Our goal is to give unwanted, abandoned, and stray animals in the Greater New Bedford and Fall River areas professional, humane treatment. We also campaign for the ethical treatment of animals everywhere and educate the public about animal welfare.

The Animal Rescue League is devoted to keeping animals in need safe and healthy in habitats and homes and is an uncompromising advocate for those in need.

Our goal is to stop the mistreatment of West Highland White Terriers. We offer medical care, rehabilitation, and rescue services.

The charitable organization It's All About the Animals, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) cage-free, no-kill animal shelter. We provide mistreated and abandoned animals with the chance to get the refuge, love, and care they require until they find their forever homes. Our cats are given room to roam, play, and explore secure outdoor spaces (aka "catios"). You'll feel happier and more cheerful after visiting our shelter.
