The Creekside Animal Hospital & Wellness Center is pleased to offer its services to the neighborhood. We are committed to offering the best veterinarian care possible combined with warm, considerate service. We adhere to the philosophy that every patient deserves to be cared for and loved much like one of our own pets. We are a team of highly skilled, seasoned animal lovers who are committed to providing the best treatment for our patients.

John A. Blair, DVM, founded the Blair Animal Clinic in 1964. The practice's initial location was a cinder block structure on Highway 52, across from Morehouse Road. In 1965, Dr. Blair bought the land at the current location and built his small animal clinic there, next to Dr. C. Heinze's equine veterinary service.

We are one of only 3,000 veterinary hospitals in the United States and Canada that hold AAHA accreditation. In order to ensure compliance with stringent standards in patient care, pain management, surgery, and many other areas, we underwent a thorough review process.

The team and doctors at WEA Animal Hospital are aware that we have been less able to see our current patients promptly since one of our doctors left. In order to wait until we have another veterinarian on staff, we have decided to temporarily stop accepting new patients. We aim to assist as many animals as we can, but not at the expense of our ongoing patients. We really appreciate your patience in this situation.

A full service companion animal hospital, VCA Paw Prints Animal Hospital is located in Lafayette, Indiana. We pledge to offer and practice high-quality veterinary care for the duration of your pet's life. Our facilities and services are intended to help with regular preventative care for young, healthy pets, early disease identification and treatment as your pet ages, and full medical and surgical care as required throughout your pet's lifetime.

Our goal is to strengthen the link between people and animals by offering pet owners high-quality medical and surgical care at reasonable costs. In order to better serve you, we have two locations. We have an animal hospital with all the amenities including a walk-in wellness facility.
