East Ventura Animal Hospital, founded in 1981, is a full-service veterinarian clinic in Ventura, California. On August 1, 2018, Horizon Veterinary Specialists opened its doors. Five local board-certified veterinary professionals in respective disciplines created us. Horizon Veterinary Specialists is available for small animal specialty and emergency veterinary care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our hospital serves the counties of Ventura and Santa Barbara, as well as the surrounding areas. Dr. Sarah Gray and Dr. Nancy Scott, both well-known Criticalists, are both board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.
