We provide free, private assistance in a non-medical setting to Veterans, service members, and their families. We offer counseling for issues like depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the psychological aftereffects of military sexual abuse, among others (MST). We can also put you in touch with additional resources in your neighborhood and at VA.

It was Dr. Cobb's dream to serve families and any four-legged animal that needed our veterinary care, and Cobb Veterinary Clinic started as a dream for our founder Robert L. Cobb. He started the practice as a mobile veterinarian serving the Midland area. Over the past 40 years, it has grown into a full-service hospital for equine, large animals, and small animals. We serve animals from the smallest dogs and cats to racehorses and bucking bulls and everything in between.

Accommodations include spacious, large indoor rooms and suites, state-of-the-art cleaning and ventilation systems, and non-slip flooring. Dogs are walked several times per day in our spacious, and landscaped, enclosed yards. Cats are housed in a sunny cattery that features spacious condos with separate areas for relaxing, eating, and sleeping.

The Permian Basin and adjacent areas can use our privately owned animal emergency facility.

Our animal clinic was founded in 2000 by Dr. Jessica Todia, a successful veterinarian who has been involved in the veterinary field since she was 15 years old, and her husband, Dr. Tommy Wilson, who is also an accomplished equestrian vet. Medical Veterinary Service is a full-service animal hospital offering comprehensive pet healthcare services in Midland, Texas. Our veterinarians provide a wide range of medical, surgical, and dental services. Our hospital has advanced equipment and technologies, including comprehensive in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, surgical suite, dental suite, and pharmacy.

The majority of our staff members have worked at Shannon Animal Hospital for a number of years and have formed relationships with our clients. Although our clinic is not fancy, we believe that we make up for that by providing dependable and affordable healthcare for our clients. Our clinic is set up with examination rooms, a digital x-ray room, a surgery room, an area for teeth cleaning, and an emergency room.
