The initial office was situated on Lexington Avenue, a block away from the Altoona Hospital (now UPMC Altoona). A vision came true in 1986 when a new clinic was built at its current address of 808 Pleasant Valley Boulevard. Patients were no longer seen on a walk-in basis at the clinic; instead, they were seen by appointment. Christine Stachmus and subsequently her cousin Patty Adams joined the practice in the front office.
