We also understand that things happen when you travel, so if you are visiting the region, we will be pleased to accommodate your pet as soon as possible. Please bring any past medical records you may have with you to your first appointment, including your pet's vaccination history. You can also print and complete our Client and Patient Information forms before your appointment if it is more convenient for you; otherwise, you can fill out these forms at CAMC when you arrive.

Dr. Cody and Heather Lewis, husband and wife team, lead Animal Hospital of San Luis Obispo, which offers wellness checkups, preventative care, in-house diagnostics, dental cleanings, emergency services, and most soft-tissue and orthopedic procedures to small animals in the SLO community.
