Dr. Fouts has spent the last year practicing at emergency clinics in Fort Smith and Springdale, where he has become particularly adept at treating and managing complex situations. ​

Dr. Reeder has lived in Fort Smith his entire life. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in agriculture in 1984 and Louisiana State University with a doctorate in veterinary medicine in 1988. She established All Animal Health Center in its current site in 1990.

Dr. Reeder is a member of the AVMA, the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association, and the Fort Smith Area Veterinary Medical Association. She has three children, two dogs, three cats, and six horses.

Best Friends Pet Clinic, based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, was founded in 1995. Dorothy Preston, D.V.M., is the owner and operator. Canines, felines, snakes, lizards, turtles, hedgehogs, rats, hamsters, ferrets, sugar gliders, rabbits, chinchillas, and guinea pigs are all treated and cared for at our veterinary clinic.
