We bake delectably delicious natural handmade artisan dog treats using only the freshest human-grade ingredients. Our dough is made in tiny batches, then rolled out and cut by hand. We bake our treats in special ovens to give them a unique light crunchy feel that your dog will like.Our ingredients are collected from the surrounding area. We produce our own broths, grind our own peanut butter, use fresh eggs, hormone-free chicken, and natural uncured bacon. There are no chemicals, additives, or preservatives in our products. Why? Daisy, our puppy, need natural low protein cookies in 1992. Surprisingly, none of them were available. As a result, we made them ourselves. Friends soon began purchasing our biscuits for their dogs. We started selling to stores to meet up with demand.

We started out as a modest shop in Mar Vista at 4307 Centinela Avenue. Al Barnes, co-owner of the Carson and Barnes circus, intended to build his own city in 1926. The municipal hall for Barnes City was the site of Centinela Feed's future headquarters. Barnes City was only around for a year before it was annexed by Los Angeles. But it was long enough for the structure to be designated as a historical landmark.
