Since November 2001, we've been creating rhinestone dog and cat collars. We take great pleasure in our collars at Rhinestone Dog Collars, and we work extremely hard to create gorgeous, high-quality collars for your pets. We have a large selection of designer collars for you to choose from!

We grow AKC Champion Bloodline Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Shetland Sheepdogs at Lucky Pups. Our dogs are reared on one of our two twenty-acre farms, which provide lots of space for them to run around. They are housed in a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor living environment. Debbie Williams' Griffithville Sheltie and Papillion kennel was inspected by the American Kennel Club on 2.24.21. Our Corgi kennel in Vilonia, which is owned by Debbie's daughter Kristen Cooper, was inspected on 4.20.21. In all categories, including identification, kennel conditions, dog conditions, and record keeping, both establishments were judged to be compliant. Since 2005, we've been raising corgis and shelties.
