Barkby Plungers is a 3 acre enclosed property. The Pond is 55 feet broad and 90 feet long. It's 7.5 feet deep with a shallow entry and exit. It has a "DockDog" Regulation Dock and is spring fed and chemical free. The dock measures 8' by 40' and is covered in over 1" turf. It stands 24" above the waterline. It's designed for practice and training in Speed Retrieve, Extreme Vertical, and Big Air. We sell toys and dog food.

John C. Rudy County Park

East Manchester Township, in Emigsville, is home to John C. Rudy County Park. Pavilions, sports fields, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, open recreational space, a cross-country running trail, a BMX track, and the famed Canine Meadows Off-Leash Dog Area are all part of the 150-acre park. It also houses the Parks Administrative Offices, which are housed in a 1798 stone house, as well as the maintenance headquarters and a variety of other structures. George B. Rudy and Viola Rudy Williams donated the land in 1973 in remembrance of their grandparents, John and Mary Rudy.
