Los Robles Trail to Angel Vista

Hike the Rosewood Trail with your dog to the beautiful Angel Vista viewpoint. The most direct path to this beautiful location in the Santa Monica Mountains is a 3.5-mile round trip climb with an elevation gain/loss of roughly 800 feet. Visit the website for trail instructions and more information.

The Conejo Creek Dog Park was created to benefit and entertain the community's dogs and their human families. The park is divided into two sections: one for tiny dogs (under 30 pounds) and another for large dogs (above 30 pounds) (over 30 lbs.). Dog water fountains are coupled to drinking fountains. Mutt-Mitt Dispensers, picnic tables, shade structures, benches, and lights for night use are also available. Open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (but closed every Thursday from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and all day on the 3rd Thursday of every month).

With Petzooie, the Satwiwa Loop Trail is a 2.5-mile easy trek in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area that takes around 1.5 hours to complete. This beautiful climb is near to the city but feels like you've stepped into another universe. The trail provides some of the best views of roadrunners, prairie falcons, hawks, rabbits, deer, and coyotes in the area. The trail is designed for hikers only.

The Conejo Valley and nearby hillsides may be seen from the huge open grass areas, picnic shelter, and play area.
