Sorosis Park

Pets are welcome at Firehouse Park. This completely gated, off-leash dog park welcomes your dog to run and play. Owners of dogs are encouraged to keep an eye on their pets when they play and to clean up any messes that may occur. The park is open from sunrise to sunset.

There are paved trails in open and forested sections, picnic and play spaces, and an off-leash dog park on this 898-acre facility.

A fenced open area for dogs of all sizes is available at the dog park. The park is around two acres in size and is divided into two sections: one for large dogs and one for little and timid dogs. Off-leash is allowed in the fenced area. Large oak logs provide entertainment for dogs and places for owners to relax. There is water available. A station for waste collection and disposal is available.

Ball fields, 18 holes of disc golf, fishing, paths, and picnic facilities are all available at this 102-acre park.

This popular area for group picnics has excellent group picnicking facilities in a gorgeous oak wood. It has seats for 160 people, as well as electric cooktops and huge group barbecues.
