Surprise Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market

The Surprise Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market, hosted by Surprise/Arizona Traditions, will be open year-round on the second Wednesday of each month. Over 60 local vendors sell fresh vegetables, grass-fed beef, artisan baked goods, award-winning sauces, organic seasonings, raw honey, organic dog treats, local free-range eggs, and more at the pet-friendly farmer's market. They'll also have arts and crafts, live music, food trucks, and other local companies on the premises.

Parkridge Park Dog Park

Parkridge Park Dog Park in Peoria allows dogs and their owners to play in two small sections, one for tiny dogs and the other for large dogs. Rio Vista Park welcomes pets. This 52-acre community park provides residents with a diverse range of activities and amenities. The Rio Vista Recreation Center, various sporting fields, a playground, and a splash pad are all located here. Peoria's Veterans Memorial Wall is also located in the park. Dogs on leashes are allowed in the park as long as their waste is cleaned up after them. Rio Vista Park is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day of the week.
