Friends of Whitney Dog Park

Wilson Park and Pavilion were built in the 1930s as a WPA project. The park includes a shaded lawn with a view of the Mississippi River, as well as a completely accessible playground.

Riverside Park Pavilion, which is located on the Mississippi River and is just a short walk from the nationally known Munsinger/Clemens Gardens and right across the river from St. Cloud State University, has a long history of hosting large and small gatherings and events.

Natural surface hiking routes, convenient access to the Sauk River, and a slide slope may all be found in this park. It is accessible via County Road 120.

The Gary Mattson Dog Park in Buffalo, Minnesota, has a big fenced off-leash area where Fido may run around and play. Pet parents can relax in a covered shelter with a picnic table. Dogs on leashes can cool down in Buffalo Lake, which is just feet away from the dog park.

Dogs are welcome in the park and in the campground for no extra charge. Dogs must not be left alone and must be kept on a leash no more than 6 feet long.

On the Mississippi River, the park is located northeast of Little Falls on County Road 76. The picnic shelter area is not available for reservations. On a first-come, first-served basis, it is available.
