One of the largest archaeological sites in the region is the Toltec Mounds Archaeological State Park, which is a National Historic Site. Take a self-guided hike through the park or join one of the guided hikes that are offered. Simply keep Petzooie leashed at all times.

Plantation Agriculture Museum

The Plantation Agriculture Museum is a dog-friendly exhibition facility with displays depicting things from various periods in Arkansas cotton agriculture's history. Petzooie can accompany you on your tour of the interesting exhibits, such as water pumping and cotton ginning machinery, as long as they are house-trained and leashed. You can stop in and check out the interactive display items while on a loop to the nearby beauty places, which is just down the road from Little Rock.

Petro North Little Rock

Within McArthur Area, there is a fenced dog park called McArthur Bark Park. The dog park is located on a two-acre tract in MacArthur Park's southeast corner (across from Bowen Law School) and features over sixty parking spaces with LED lights. A five-foot chain-link perimeter fence, "double-gate" entrances with large regulations signage, a separate area for small dogs (under 30 pounds), pet waste disposal stations, and watering stations are also included.
